Triveni Bikas Bank distributing 19% bonus & 10:3 rights shares certificates from today

Triveni Bikas Bank Limited is distributing bonus shares well as ratio rights share certificates from today.

The Annual General Meeting of the development bank held on November 29 had endorsed 19 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it posted in the last fiscal year 2069/70.

Triveni Bikas Bank allotting rights share and refunding non-allottees from today

Triveni Bikas Bank is allotting rights shares at 10:3 ratio to all the shareholders and refunding the money to non-allottees from today.
 The development bank had decided issued 7.45 lakh units of rights shares of Rs 100 face value on December 5.

 ACE Capital Limited at Lal Durbar of Kathmandu is the issue manager.

Sana Kisan & RMDC - Listing before Dashain at NEPSE.

The much-sought after shares of Sana Kisan Bikas Bank and Rural Microfinance Development Center (RMDC) will be listed before Dashain, the concerned officials informed.

The two emerging microfinance banks are in the process of finalizing Registrar to Share (RTS) before launching the share trading, the officials informed today.

RMDC IPO Share allotment on Shrawan 31; small investors to get 12.15%, big investors 6.88%

Rural and Microfinance Development Corporation is going to allot shares of its IPO on Thursday, Shrawan 31.
As per Ace Capital, the issue manager, small investors will be allotted shares worth 12.15% of their investment, while big investors will get 6.88%. Those who have applied for up to 70 shares will fall in the lottery system.

RMDC IPO oversubscribed nearly 11 times; Rs 300 crore plus response for Rs 28 crore issue

Riding on the wave of public thirst for Initial Public Offerings, Rural and Microfinance Development Centre IPO was oversubscribed approximately 11 times.

The company had floated 15,60,000 shares with a view to collect Rs 28 crore, but by the end of closing day went on to collect a massive approx Rs 310 crore through total 27,500 applications.

Surprisingly, of the total applications, 20,700 were filed on the last day of IPO.

Rural Microfinance Development Corporation (RMDC) has collected Rs 20 crore till Friday

Rural Microfinance Development Corporation (RMDC) has collected Rs 20 crore by the 2nd day of its IPO issue on Friday.
The company has floated 1,560,000 units shares beginning Asar 13.
RMDC has issued 1,528,800 equity shares of face value NRs 100 each with a premium of NRs 80 per share for the general public and 31,200 equity shares of NRs 100 each for its employees, which is 2% of the overall issue.

A Brief Description of Rural Microfinance Development Centre (RMDC) as its IPO is at our door step.

Rural Microfinance Development Centre (RMDC) ¿ a wholesale micro credit lender ¿ will launch the initial public offering (IPO) of its premium added shares from July 11.

RMDC has offered 1.56 million units of primary shares for Rs 180 per unit ¿ at face value of Rs 100 with added premium of Rs 80. The general public can subscribe for 1.45 million unit shares at the premium rate as RMDC has set aside 31,200 units for its employees and 78,000 units for mutual funds.

The IPO, managed by Ace Capital, will be open from July 11 to July 15. But in case of under subscription the issue will be open till July 25.

RMDC is the third company ¿ after Chilime Hydro and Nepal Telecom ¿ and the first financial institution to issue primary shares at a premium price. RMDC has been allowed by Securities Board of Nepal and Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) to issue the shares at a premium rate.
