Gurans Life Insurance to convert 19% promoter shares into ordinary.

Gurans Life Insurance has concluded its sixth annual general meeting. The meeting has decided to convert 19 percent of the promoter shares into ordinary shares. With this, the ratio of promoter and ordinary shares will be 51:49. The meeting also elected Motilal Dugar as the new chairman. The new board of directors consist of Malchand Dugar, Jyoti Kumar Begani, Deepak Nepal, Apachha Kumar Yadab and Bishal Tated. (PR)- Ktm Post

Guras Life Insurance issuing rights shares @ 10:3.04 ratio

Guras Life Insurance Company Limited is issuing 11.66 lakh unit rights shares at 10:3.04 ratio.

The closing date of rights issue is on December 5, and the issue manager is NMB Capital Limited, Babar Mahal.

Gurans Life Insurance to issue Right shares 10:3 from Nov 1

Gurans Life Insurance Company Limited is issuing 11.66 lakh unit rights shares to its shareholders at 10:3 ratio from November 1.

The issuance of rights shares of Rs 100 face value will close on December 5, according to a notice published by the insurance company today.

NEPSE drops 0.05 pts to 551.95

Dangling its way back and forth over the yesterday’s closing, the Nepse index puts on a roller coaster performance today.

The market moved in a zigzag pattern between the range of 551 to near 553 levels. At the end of the day, the benchmark index barely failed to settle in green terrain, as it remained 0.05 points below the yesterday’s closing level. The local bourse today came to close at Rs 551.95 levels.

Nepal Life Insurance profit 23.87 cr & Gurans Life Insurance 2.16 cr

http://www.nepalbusinessdirectory.com/images/nepal-life.gifNepal Life Insurance profit dropped 61.85% in the FY 2069/70. The insurance company has posted a net earning of Rs 23.87 crore, a huge slide from last fiscal’s 62.57 crore.

Nepal Life increased its paid up to Rs 63.75 crore from Rs 37.50 crore reported in the last fiscal.
