Bank of Kathmandu (BoK), on Sunday, organised its extra-ordinary general
meeting. The meeting elected three board of directors representing the
promoter shareholders group namely Ramesh Nath Dhungel, Satya Narayan
Manandhar and Shanta Bar Singh Thapa. Similarly, Govinda Prasad Sharma,
Chop Narayan Shrestha, Prof Hem Raj Subedee and Balaram Neupane were
unanimously elected as board of directors representing the public
shareholders group.
