Citizens Bank International Limited is distributing 15 percent cash
dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it generated in the
last fiscal year 2069/70 from 5th Kartik 2070.Issuing a public notice today, the commercial bank has stated that shareholders can get the cash dividend warrants from the office of its RTS, Elite Capital Limited, at Rastriya Nachghar at Jamal from 10 AM to 2 PM from Sundays to Thursdays and from 10 AM to 2 PM on Fridays.
The seventh annual general meeting of the bank held on October 8 had taken the decision to this effect. The meeting had also elected Bijay Dhwoj Karki and Prakash Chandra Mainali as board directors, says a statement issued by the bank today.
