Nepalis living in America have shown their interest in the
Kathmandu-Kulekhani-Hetauda tunnel way project. Nepal Purbadhar Bikas
Company (NPBC) briefed about the project during the 31st assembly of
American Nepalese Association (ANA), in New York, early this week. NPBC
and ANA have signed an agreement to attract Nepalis living in America to
invest in the tunnel way, said president of the company Kush Kumar
Joshi. Nepalis living in Germany, Switzerland, England and Belgium have
also committed to invest Rs 960 million in the project worth Rs 34
billion.
