Nepal SBI Limited is set to distribute a cash dividend of 7.5 percent to its shareholders.
The bank’s board meeting held on Sunday has decided to submit a proposal regarding the dividend and bonus to Nepal Rastra Bank
so that it can be presented at the upcoming 20th annual general meeting of the bank. The meeting has also decided to offer bonus shares of 12.5 units per 100 shares.
The bank earned an operating profit of Rs 1.30 arba in the fiscal year 2069/70. The bank’s net profit increased 60.68% over last year to reach Rs 77.14 crore.
