Kanchanjunga Housing has opened booking for apartments at its Bhainsepati-based project -- Janata Residency. The company has opened bookings for 190 apartments located in 10 buildings spread over 12 ropanis.
Shiva Hari Dangal, managing director of the company, said buyers will immediately get property ownership documents from the concerned land revenue office.
The company has apartments ranging from 598 square feet to 1,198 square feet.
Sushila Subedi, counselor at the company, said price of the apartments ranges from Rs 3.3 million to Rs 5.9 million. "We´ve announced special discount of 5 percent onthe occasion of Dashain and Tihar," she added.
