Alliance Insurance to auction unclaimed ordinary & promoter right shares from today.

Alliance Insurance Company Limited has invited bids from today to auction its 7,008 units of unclaimed promoter right shares and 20,402 units ordinary right share.

The minimum bid price for the promoter shares has been set at Rs 188 while the minimum bid price for the ordinary share has been fixed at Rs 375.

The interested bidders have to apply for a minimum of 100 units to take part in the auction.

The bids will close on September 16, and the bids will be opened to conclude the auction on the next day.
