CEDB Hydro Fund Limited, a sister concern of Clean Energy Development
Bank, has decided to float 1:0.45 right shares to the shareholders from
Ashoj 10.
Issuing a notice today, the company that has been selling electricity to Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA)since Jestha 31 has urged the shareholders to apply for the rights shares being issued at a face value of Rs 100 by Kartik 13.
The 4.4 MW Radhi Khola Small Hydropower Project has already been commissioned by the company and it has begun the construction of Khaare Khola Hydropower Project and plans to construct Rukum Gaade project and Dordi-1 project in near future.
The money for the rights issue can be deposited on the account of Clean Energy Development Bank’s Thapathali branch office in Kathmandu, according to the company.-SSN
